Kiwi chocolate pancakes

ingredient :

125 g flour
25 cl of milk
2 eggs
1 c . in oil soup
1 c . tablespoons sugar
1 pinch (s ) salt
unsalted butter
3 kiwis
120 g dark cooking chocolate









preparation:

- Pour the flour into a bowl.
- Add half milk and mix until there is no more lumps.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them in omelette. Add them to the dough.
- Mix . Add the oil , sugar , salt and remaining milk .
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Cook the pancakes in a buttered pan .
The book as and when a plate , put on a pot of boiling water.
Peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices .
Break the chocolate into pieces. Put them in a bowl and melt in a bain- marie over low heat with a tablespoon of water soup.
Spread a thin layer of melted chocolate on the pancakes. Y distribute the kiwis . Roll crêpes.Décorer with a few slices of kiwi fruit and a drizzle of melted chocolate , prepared using a pastry bag . Serve.
