Ingredient:
1/2 Kg chicken – cut in small pieces and marinate in salt and white pepper for about 15 minutes.
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs salty soy sauce
2 tbs Manchester sauce or worcester sauce
1 pc lemon
3 pcs garlic – make a paste
1/2 tsp white pepper
salt as per taste – I used only a sprinkle in this recipe
2 tbs butter
Oil to fry
How to make:
Deep fry the chicken, keep aside
Heat the butter and add garlic
Add the fried chicken and mix well
Add the sauces and mix well until the sauces thicken
Sprinkle the lemon juice
Serve hot
