Chocolate Tiramisu

ingredients: 

500g mascarpone

4 eggs

1 package of ladyfingers

Warm chocolate milk

80g sugar

Powdered chocolate




preparation: 

Work the mascarpone with sugar. Then add the egg yolks.
In another bowl beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently added to the mixture.
In a dish, line the bottom and sides of cookies previously soaked in milk chocolate.
Alternate between a layer of biscuits and mascarpone. Finish with mascarpone.
Sprinkle to taste chocolate powder on the last layer of mascarpone.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
